Covid-19 office update

Our team takes the health and safety of our patients and staff very seriously.  In light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we want you to know that we are taking a number of precautions to ensure everyone’s safety.

All new patients are requested to fill out their registration forms that include questions about your medical history and any recent travel prior to their initial appointment.  These online forms will be either emailed or texted to you ahead of time for your convenience.  Also your insurance will be verified ahead of time.  This is to minimize any time in the seated reception area.
In addition to requesting all patients and staff members notify us immediately if they are feeling sick or unwell, temperature checks will be administered to all individuals (patients and staff) upon entry.

We will also allow additional time between scheduled appointments for all treatment rooms to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between all procedures according to CDC and OSHA guidelines.  Air filtration systems will be present in each treatment room as well as the reception area.

We kindly ask everyone to socially distance themselves in the waiting area, as well as continue to wear face coverings until treatment is to begin.

The doctor and the assistant will be wearing more PPE than you may be accustomed to, but underneath all the layers, we want you to know we take your comfort and experience seriously.  Please let us know what we can do to improve your experience.
